Cass County ethanol plant unlikely to impact East Central Indiana farmers

DUNKIRK - An Ohio-based company's decision this week to build an ethanol plant near The Andersons's existing grain terminal in Cass County will likely have no affect on the company's East Central Indiana operations, according to Dawn Betancourt, general manager for Oakville and Dunkirk terminals.
