Corn yields high despite little rain

INDIANAPOLIS -- Crop experts predicted corn and soybean yields to be nearly as high as last year despite the drought.

The optimistic forecast made Friday at the Indiana State Fair stunned Purdue Extension agricultural economist Chris Hurt.
