MUNCIE - Officials on Thursday announced a 100-million gallon ethanol plant to be built north of Muncie at a cost of $160 million.
Principals in the project and local government and economic development officials gathered in the Horizon Convention Center to announce the U.S. Ethanol Holdings plant, to be built on 100 acres in the 800-acre Ag Biovision Park in Hamilton Township.
