Henry County rezones 300 acres for two separate ethanol plants

NEW CASTLE -- After almost four hours of discussion, the Henry County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday unanimously approved the rezoning of 300 acres for two ethanol plants -- one near Mount Summit in northern Henry County, and the other on the eastern side of the county near Millville.
