Portland ethanol plant gets zoning OK - again

PORTLAND -- The proposed Premier Ethanol plant cleared yet another hurdle Thursday when the Portland Planning Commission voted -- again -- to approve the company's request for changing the zoning of its building site from agriculture to industrial planned development.
