Proposed Marion ethanol plant seeks revised permit

MARION -- The Central Indiana Ethanol refinery, which will employ nearly 37 people and create another 20 to 25 jobs at an adjoining carbon dioxide compression plant, is seeking a significant revision of its operating permit.
