Wabash AgriProducts, Inc. has received formal notification from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their final decision supporting an air permit for their ethanol production facility in southern Wabash County.

Wabash AgriProducts, Inc. is developing an 88-million gallon per year ethanol production facility on approximately 50-acres within an ag/industrial park being developed by the Economic Development Group of Wabash County.

The total capital investment exceeds $200 million.

"The Wabash AgriProducts' team continues to meet or exceed project milestone dates," said Bill Konyha, president / CEO of the Economic Development Group of Wabash County, Inc. "This is yet another key milestone achieved."

The company recently announced its award of nearly $39.9 million in State Bond Cap Allowance by the Indiana Finance Authority and endorsements from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. and Indiana State Department of Agriculture.

Wabash AgriProducts also executed long term agreements for grain origination, distiller's grain marketing and ethanol marketing. Company officials plan on announcing those in a release next week.
