A recently completed 22,000-square-foot tech center near The Mill is getting its first tenant.
Dubbed The Forge, the building was envisioned as an innovation hub, offering space for growth-stage companies and providing recent IU grads with employment opportunities and tech companies with access to an educated workforce and customers, including the U.S. military at Crane.

What startup is moving into The Forge?
Folia, a Bloomington software company, signed a five-year lease and will become the first tenant of the building, according to a news release from The Mill. The company is leasing 618 square feet in The Forge.
Folia was founded by Indiana University alumnus Ravi Bhatt, and is described as helping regulated-industry customers turn information into knowledge. Its products provide a secure workflow for research and review for mission-critical applications.
