The Indiana Finance Authority issued a notice of non-performance Tuesday against I-69 Development Partners for not paying for work being done on Section 5 of Interstate 69. Section 5 runs from the south side of Bloomington to Martinsville.

As the HeraldTimesOnline.com reported Tuesday, Crider & Crider, a Bloomington-based company contracted for earth-moving operations on the 21 miles of Ind. 37 being upgraded to interstate standards, stopped working on the project Monday because it has not been paid.
