FORT WAYNE - Only one of three area Metaldyne Corp. plants are part of an agreement to be sold to a new entity, a spokeswoman said Wednesday.

The bankrupt auto parts maker announced Tuesday it had agreed to sell some assets to a new subsidiary of RHJ International, which also owns Metaldyne's parent company.
