Delaware County area, state suffered in 2008

MUNCIE -- Delaware County has been dogged by unemployment, lagging home sales and stalled construction, a new report on the local economy confirms.

The report -- featured in Indiana Business Review and produced by the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University -- finds a few bright spots in the local economic picture however.

Job prediction brightens mostly dreary outlook for Monroe, Greene and Owen counties
Employment cutbacks on the rise in Louisville metropolitan area
