MUNCIE -- As the federal government announced plans Friday to help lessen the national foreclosure crisis, the rate of foreclosures in Delaware County continues at a brisk pace.


One local real estate agent said she's noticed one change in foreclosures, however: The houses lost because the owners couldn't afford them are increasingly more expensive homes, indicating the local foreclosure crisis is spreading to every economic level.
