Delaware County mystery job project worth $1.5 millon clears hurdle

MUNCIE -- Delaware County officials played a $1.5 million game of Mystery Date on Tuesday, as three boards voted unanimously to approve the first step of a plan to give tax revenue to a still-unnamed company that promises to create 100 jobs and position the county to stand out in alternative energy development.
