NEW BUFFALO - Forfeiture. Foreclosure. Insolvency.

The scarred landscape, broken cyclone fencing, blank windows in never-sold luxury condos and empty storefronts in never-completed retail outlets tell the grim story of the good life gone bad.

High-end hard times have hit several of New Buffalo's downtown commercial and residential developments in a big way.
