GM to extend Fort Wayne pickup truck plant's downtime

General Motors Corp. announced Monday that the pickup truck plant in southwest Allen County will be shut down for three extra weeks before the end of the year because of slow truck sales.

GM will produce at least 13,500 fewer trucks at Fort Wayne plant
