Muncie, Delaware County group lobbies for full local government consolidation

MUNCIE -- The scope of ongoing government reorganization efforts remains undecided even as a taxpayer group lobbies for a full-blown merger of city and county government.

Eric Kelly, chairman of the Muncie-Delaware County Reorganization Committee, said the group is still considering whether to push for partial consolidation or full consolidation between city and county government.
