State celebrates $7.7 million Lafayette revitalization project

State officials visited Lafayette today to celebrate a $7.7 million grant awarded to the city for revitalization in the eastside Glen Acres neighborhood.

Lafayette's award was one of 21 granted in the state, said Peter Hunt, the neighborhood stabilization program manager for the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority.
