Zoning exception nixed for Clinton County biofuel facility

FRANKFORT -- Animal fat was the sticking point for the failed proposal of a biofuel refinery here.

Tuesday night the Clinton County Board of Zoning Appeals voted unanimously to deny a special zoning exception for five acres along Indiana 28 for a proposed startup biofuel facility. The board did say other locations are available.
