Needed: Smart-enough workers

An entire generation of intellectual capital will soon be leaving the workplace, as baby boomers move toward the retirement phase of their lives.

To improve the skills of those still on the job and preparing to enter the labor market, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce has launched Ready Indiana -- a program designed to encourage employers to take a more active role in employee training and development.
