Six employees of the Hoosier Times newspaper group will not retain their jobs when GateHouse Media takes ownership from Schurz Communications Inc. on Friday.
The affected employees were informed Wednesday, which was their last day at work. Two of the employees were with The Herald-Times, one with the Bedford Times-Mail, two with the Spencer Evening World and one with Orange County Publishing.
