EDITORIAL: Time to put an end to the Indiana House standoff

If Democrats don't return to the Statehouse Monday -- and it appears they won't -- the walkout will enter its third week.

Deadlines have passed to get any more bills out of the House. Now bills that passed the Senate are stalled, waiting for House committees to meet. Still, the Indiana General Assembly is required to pass a budget and draw congressional boundary lines in this long session.
