INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Mitch Daniels said Friday that road projects once considered to be safe – like the Fort to Port U.S. 24 upgrade – are on the chopping block if lawmakers don’t pass legislation authorizing a long-term lease of the Indiana Toll Road.
