OPINION: Telecom on trial

If the bill allowing Gov. Mitch Daniels to lease out the Indiana Toll Road is the most controversial issue in the halls of this year’s Indiana General Assembly, proposals to change how the state regulates telephone and cable TV companies are a close second.
