EVANSVILLE – Ascension St. Vincent said 11 facilities that provide immediate care in Indiana will close Thursday, and three are in the Evansville area.
Walk-in care will no longer be offered at St. Vincent Warrick, 3277 Liberty Blvd., Boonville; St. Vincent Westside Crossing, 100 Rosenberger Ave., Evansville; and St. Vincent Northside Crossing, 14020 Old State Road, Evansville, according to a release from the health care company.
These closings are "effective end of business on June 30" and "impacted associates are being offered a comparable position at one of our many sites of care," according to Ascension St. Vincent.
Primary care physicians and facilities at the locations are not impacted by the closing.
