Pop-up blockers and case-sensitive security answers don't sound foreign to the computer savy, but the unfamiliar lingo can make applying online for unemployment benefits a nightmare.
Morrisson-Reeves Library director Carol McKey sees frustrated, unemployed patrons trying to file unemployment claims on library computers every day. To help them, McKey wants to develop a group of computer-literate volunteers who could be scheduled throughout the week to help with online forms.
