The Indiana Senate will now take up a bill that exempts sales tax on RVs and cargo trailers for out-of-state buyers.

House Bill 1490 passed unanimously in the Indiana House Wednesday.

The bill's main author in the House was State Rep. Craig Fry, D-Mishawaka, and co-authors were State Reps. Wes Culver, R-Goshen, and Jackie Walorski and Tim Neese, R-Elkhart. All represent portions of Elkhart County.
