Delaware County officials OK $1.5 million to attract mystery company and 100 jobs

MUNCIE - Delaware County officials this afternoon gave preliminary approval to the use of $1.5 million in tax revenue to attract a still-unnamed company that promises to create 100 jobs and position the county to stand out in alternative energy development.
