Enrollment up 88 percent at Franklin's Ivy Tech branch

Enrollment has nearly doubled at Ivy Tech's Franklin campus.

A total of 2,190 students were enrolled this semester at the Franklin campus of Ivy Tech Community College-Columbus.

Last year, 1,166 students were enrolled at the same time last year. That's a jump of 88 percent.

The Columbus region of Ivy Tech has experienced a 41 percent in­-crease in enrollment over last year.
