Ethics bills await Indiana lawmakers when 2010 session begins

INDIANAPOLIS - When is it a good time for lawmakers to enact some much-needed institutional change?

In a session where there is no spending, of course. And it doesn't hurt that it's an important election year, either.

A bevy of lobbying, campaign finance and redistricting bills have been introduced for the 2010 session.
