INDIANAPOLIS - Gov. Mitch Daniels said Friday the state could be in line to receive more than $3 billion in aid from the federal stimulus package just introduced in Congress.
But he also cautioned that Indiana needs to be careful in spending any money it receives, which means not relying on one-time help to prop up ongoing expenses.
