Funding to drop in Wayne County taxing districts

Wayne County taxing districts recently received a report from H.J. Umbaugh & Associates on estimates of the amount they would lose as the tax caps, or circuit breaker, legislation is phased in.

The bottom line, the report said, is that everyone will have to make do with less Indiana property tax revenue in the years ahead.
