SOUTH BEND - Reduced spending, staff reductions and a continuing wage freeze are helping Indiana University South Bend deal with its portion of statewide budget cuts ordered for IU and other public colleges.
For IUSB, the budget reductions amount to $2.5 million during this academic year and next, according to William O'Donnell, vice chancellor for administrative and fiscal affairs.
