Labor group: Indiana's WorkOne 'broken'

After a frustrating visit Monday to the Indiana WorkOne Center in Fort Wayne, Stephanie McCowan was among those who added her name to a list of people seeking an overhaul of the state system they believe performs poorly.

McCowan, 27, of Fort Wayne, was approached by one of the 10 representatives from Working Indiana who asked WorkOne clients to help change a system they believe is underfunded and "administratively broken."
