MUNCIE -- Karla Lance woke up stiff, sore and angry at Mayor Sharon McShurley on Tuesday morning.

At 5:40 p.m. on Monday, 44-year-old Michael Henry's vehicle slid out of control on the ice and crashed into a guardrail on the Tillotson Avenue Overpass.
