RV supplier closing Elkhart County plant, laying off 170 workers

Recreational-vehicle supplier Odyssey Group LLC will close its Bristol facility and lay off 170 workers, according to a Worker Adjustment Retraining Notification Act notice filed with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.

The facility is located at 603 Earthway Blvd. in Bristol. Odyssey's WARN notice to the state was dated Dec. 8.

Odyssey Group is a national distributor to the recreational-vehicle, manufactured-housing, modular, commercial-structures, marine, utility-trailer and specialty-vehicle markets. The company distributes electrical, electronic, plumbing, hardware, fastener and building materials.
