MUNCIE -- Jobseekers interested in more than 100 positions at German company VAT's planned green energy plant in western Delaware County have a new way to submit resumes.
WorkOne, the employment and training division of Indiana Department of Workforce Development, is acting as a clearing house for VAT Energies and VAT Service, two related companies that will manufacture wind-and-solar-powered streetlights and vertical wind vanes as well as service wind turbines.
