EDITORIAL: I-69 toll road could be costly to locals

Our support for I-69 all these years was based on the assumption it would be a free road. We're maintaining our support for now, but the Major Moves toll-road-or-no-road approach concerns us. It brings up questions that likely will not be answered in the next few days, before Gov. Mitch Daniels wants an up-or-down vote from the Legislature.
