Muncie commuters and officials say new tollway could aid traffic

MUNCIE -- Local commuters and officials were cautiously optimistic Thursday about the possible outcome of a proposed new tollway that would link six counties east and south of Indianapolis in an effort to boost economic development and reduce traffic congestion.
