Lafayette School Corp. superintendent warns of more cuts in 2011

As hard as 2010 has been on school district budgets, Lafayette School Corp. Superintendent Ed Eiler said Monday he expects 2011 will be much harder.

In a work session with the school board, Eiler estimated his district could lose nearly $3.7 million in 2011, on top of the about $2.2 million the state cut from LSC's general fund budget in 2010.
