MUNCIE -- City government has received the green light and the greenbacks for a plan to make traffic signals and municipal buildings greener.
The federal government has begun releasing funds to Muncie through a three-year energy efficiency stimulus grant worth $665,000, Sharon McShurley announced this week.
Uses of the money will include:
