School projects: Rensselaer votes yes, Rossville says no

One school referendum was defeated while another gained voter approval Tuesday in counties just outside Tippecanoe.

Voters in Rossville and parts of Carroll County defeated a proposed renovation and construction project for the Rossville Consolidated School District by a 60-40 margin.
