GOSHEN -- Triangle Rubber's Thermal Plastics Division on Eisenhower Drive plans to increase production and add 20 jobs.
The business went to the Goshen Board of Zoning Appeals Tuesday to get approval for expanding its plant, located at 1801 Eisenhower Drive N.
It will help the company expand its business supplying automotive parts, said Ed Gerwels, company vice president.
The expansion will add 24,400 square feet of manufacturing space -- on top of the 36,500 feet already there -- allowing the company to bring in larger presses. That work will be done this winter by DJ Construction, Gerwels said.
The company also got approval for a future expansion of nearly 25,000 square feet, though Gerwels said the timing of that expansion is uncertain.
