MUNCIE -- A public smoking ban exempting free-standing bars and trucks stops will be considered tonight by the Delaware County Board of Health.
The board will likely decide at its 7 o'clock tonight whether to recommend the ban to Delaware County commissioners, who in turn plan to introduce the measure on Feb. 6 and adopt it by Feb. 21.
