RICHMOND — Wayne County restaurants struggling through the COVID-19 pandemic can receive a three-month boost.

The Richmond/Wayne County COVID-19 Restaurant Subsidy Program is now accepting applications for commercial rental, mortgage or utility assistance. The assistance is up to $1,000 a month to a maximum $3,000. Funds will be available until March 31 or until funding runs out, according to a news release.
