Northeast Indiana officials to study region's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

Northeast Indiana officials on Monday launched a study of the region’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The process, commonly referred to as a SWOT analysis, aims to align the region with a shift in the state’s economic development priorities, according to Ron Turpin, chairman of the Northeast Indiana Strategic Development Commission.
