INDIANAPOLIS - A bill that could result in Indiana having as many as five forms of county government passed the Indiana Senate on Tuesday by a vote of 30-19 and now heads to the Indiana House, where its prospects are dim.

Senate Bill 506 would require counties to consider changing their structure this year.
