The Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly announced today that its publishing company KPC Media Group, Inc. will add a new co-working office space opportunity for entrepreneurs in Fort Wayne, as part of the company’s expanded newspaper publishing company offices on Lima Road.

In June, KPC Media Group relocated its Allen County office from Independence Drive to 6418 Lima Road.

Called “thinc COWORKING,” the easy-access first-floor office facility will offer an open space work area, professional conference rooms, video/podcast studio, and large L-shaped cubicles for rent monthly or annually. The carpeted cubicles are complete with ergonomic chairs, file cabinets, trash container, file stand, and locking overhead bins. Cubicle desktops can be adjusted for wheelchair access.

Members will have access to complete mail services with business address (if desired); on-site office manager; reception area; 24-hour access; free Wi-Fi; all-inclusive utilities; free parking; handicapped access; breakroom with free coffee and water; member events; and use of all conference rooms.

Members will also receive discounted rates for online and print advertising in the Business Weekly and other marketing services of the company, including online ads on FWBusiness.com; printing of business cards, letterhead and brochures; and can access deeply discounted rates for videographers and sound technicians.

“thinc COWORKING” will be located just off Interstate 69 in the heart of one of Fort Wayne’s most vibrant shopping and dining corridors, across the street from Starbucks.

“KPC Media Group is excited to expand the co-working office opportunities in Fort Wayne, and to bring together the ‘thinc-ing’ and creative people in our city!” explained Lou Phelps, CEO of the company.

“Just bring your laptop and you’re in business,” she added.

“Our logo includes the image of a triangle, because those of us with backgrounds in small-business development recognize that independent contractors and startups have three core needs for initial business success: low overhead, a professional image, and office support,” she added.
