Developer: Fort Wayne Electric Works project could reach financial stability by 2026

Electric Works’ developers think the more than $260 million multi-use development could officially reach stability by 2026.

Kevan Biggs, a development partner of RTM Ventures, updated Fort Wayne City Council members Tuesday on the project. RTM Ventures is the master developer of the project at the former 39-acre General Electric site on Broadway.
