Delaware County home sales and prices are up again in the latest numbers

MUNCIE — Is the home sales market back?

The latest Delaware County real estate market numbers are up again and home prices are up substantially, according to the latest figures from the Indiana Association of Realtors.

It’s part of a trend of increased listings, closed sales and prices for 2013.

Across the state, the real estate group said, home sales and prices in June were the highest since 2007 — before the collapse of homebuilding and real estate sales nationally and before the depths of the national recession.
