An Indiana University plan to provide tuition grants for students with good grades has drawn praise from a key lawmaker previously critical over tuition increases.

State Sen. Luke Kenley released a statement today saying the school found a delicate balance between providing a world-class university and addressing affordability and accessibility concerns.
